Q: If we sign and contract with Watercrest Pools Inc., who will manage our project?

A: Watercrest provides a unique building experience by giving you one point of contact throughout the project. You will be assigned a backyard consultant that will serve as your sales person and project manager to provide consistency during the entire process.

Q: Does Watercrest Pools have general liability insurance?

A: Yes, Watercrest Pools Inc. has general liability insurance and is willing to provide proof of liability insurance to each customer if requested

Q: Will the subcontractors that work on my job have liability insurance?

A: Yes, all subcontractors that do business with Watercrest Pools are required to carry liability insurance

Q: How do we know the money being paid to Watercrest Pools Inc. is going to pay for our project?

A: Watercrest Pools Inc. will provide release of liens from all the subcontractors that have worked on your project to give you piece of mind that your project has been paid in full

Q: Do you have an office to make color selections?

A: Yes, Watercrest Pools has a showroom to make selecting materials for your pool convenient.

Q: Do you provide customer referrals?

A: Yes, we will provide you a customer referral list and also give you the names and numbers of our last five construction customers

Q: What other services do you offer besides new pool construction?

A: We remodel existing pools by refinishing the plaster, replacing tile and coping, adding a new pool deck or adding an outdoor living space to there existing pool.

Q: How many pools do you build a year?

A: We average 30 projects per year. This includes new pool construction and swimming pool remodels.

Q: Do you subcontract or do you have your own employees?

A: All major phases of construction are subcontracted. Some smaller tasks that do not require extensive equipment are completed in house.

Q: Do only build in Tarrant County?

A: A majority of our work is in Keller, Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine and Coppell but we also frequently build in Dallas, Denton, McKinney, Frisco, Allen and Plano

Q: How long is the equipment warranty?

A: There is a 3 year equipment warranty on all Hayward products. Warranty does not cover wearable parts.

Q: Who do we call if we have an equipment issue?

A: Call Watercrest Pools! A Watercrest representative will diagnose the problem and dispatch the proper repair person to handle the issue.

Q: Do you offer maintenance services after the pool is built?

A: Yes, Watercrest Pools Inc. is a full service pool company that offers flexible maintenance plans to help service your pool when it is complete.

Q: Do you offer energy efficient equipment?

A: Yes, Watercrest offers several energy efficient equipment options including two speed and variable speed pumps, salt chlorination systems, robotic cleaners , LED lighting and world-class Low NOx heaters
